Is This Partisan?
The short answer, and exactly why.
2 min read
People ask this before they sign up, and teachers ask before they bring it to class. It is a fair question. Lex has a straight answer.
Why we can say that
- A yes vote and a no vote earn the same points.
- A bill from either party scores the same at every stage.
- The cross-party bonus rewards reaching across the aisle in either direction.
- The engine reads activity, never party or position.
What it means in class
A student who drafts only their home-state members, or a roster split across both parties, plays the same game. The lesson is how Congress works, not who is right.
