Available legislators

Any member of Congress not on a roster in your league is an available legislator. Browse them from the members board, where you can sort by recent points to spot anyone heating up.

Add and drop

To add an available legislator, you drop someone from your roster to make room — an add and a drop together. The legislator you drop returns to the available pool, where another manager could pick them up.

A trade only goes through when the other manager accepts.

In a standard league, you can trade directly with another manager. You propose the swap, they review it, and it happens only if they accept — a good way to fill a roster gap while giving them something they value in return.
